Erica’s Favorites: Energizing Breakfast

A green smoothie has been part of my routine for several years now, and it always gets my day started out right. One way to make the prep easier is to have some washed greens in the freezer, ready to go!
Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
Large handful of kale or spinach
Banana
Handful of frozen berries
Dollop of almond butter
Tablespoon of chia seeds
1 cup of almond milk or water
