Erica’s Favorites: Healthy Snacks On-The-Go

I try not to eat “on-the-go” too often.  It’s so much better to sit down and take the time to enjoy each meal. If I do have to eat between meals, I pack almonds, cashews, fresh fruit, green smoothies, and Greek yogurt. These give me enough energy to get to the next meal.
