Navasana, or Boat Pose, is an incredible pose to fire up and strengthen the core of the body. It also strengthens the hip flexors and spine. Oftentimes, we try to muscle through this pose which can generate some tension. Play with coming in to the pose with a sense of lightness and ease – focus on relaxing the shoulders and softening your facial expression. Suddenly, it will feel a lot easier to stay in the posture!
