Danielle was first introduced to Yoga at age 12, and ever since has been continuously discovering the limitless wonder and power of the practice, and sharing it with people of all ages. She teaches specialized classes for the elderly and children, and structures individual and group private lessons.
As a musician and trombonist, Danielle incorporates the spontaneity and joy that music possesses into her teaching. That coupled with her studies of health, anatomy, and nutrition, her students learn to overcome obstacles and find ease, grace and abundance first on their mats, and then off, in their day to day lives. Her classes are rooted in the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition while also catering to the physical and spiritual needs of her students.
Danielle obtained her 200-hour certification from Life Power yoga in Long Island, NY in 2011, and is currently pursuing a degree in Nutrition and Food Science at CUNY Hunter. She plans to become a Registered Dietician and continue to teach Yoga to her students, who are also her greatest teachers.
