Lauren began her yoga practice while living in Florida. She received her 200 hour yoga certificate from Mang’oh Yoga after moving to New York City in 2011. She teaches a vigorous, yet calming Vinyasa flow with a strong emphasis on adjustments, the breath, and the student’s individual experience within his or her own practice. She’s also been known to sneak in a restorative pose whenever she can. As Charles Bukowski says “find what you love and let it kill you”. See you in Savasana!
