Julie’s classes are creatively and intelligently sequenced to build a deeper practice not only physically, but also mentally. A back injury for the last 4 years has driven her to study anatomy and principles to help you safely play with your edge and discover what’s possible.
Known for powerful playlists which include an eclectic range from Bach to Patti Smith and strengths in alignment cues that weave in yogic philosophy to remove internal boundaries.
