Are you a runner or interested in starting to run? Well, this workshop is for you! Learn dynamic stretches to warm up the major muscle groups utilized in running. Then practice yoga poses ideal to strengthen supporting muscles, ligaments and joints. The specialized cool down sequence will bring balance to your body and mind.

Join Marissa Anteby, E-RYT 500, yoga teacher and avid runner. In 2019, she ran The NYC Marathon and Philadelphia Marathon, 3 weeks apart. Her fast finishing times, qualified her to run the Boston Marathon. Marissa attributes her ease in running and quick recovery to all the Yoga she does. She’s developed a specialized yoga routine to aid people with keeping their body supple for easy running.
