At mang’Oh, we have been training those who love yoga to teach what they love for over a decade.
The mang’Oh Teacher Training program is a highly-regarded 200-hour RYS Yoga Alliance teacher certification program. The training will support you in deeply honing your personal practice as well as give you all the knowledge and tools you need to be a successful yoga instructor.
Our training is designed for busy professionals and career changers who want the rigor of a personalized and intensive yoga teacher training program, while still keeping their current work and personal lives going.
Our in-person format for 2021…
We are one of the only Teacher Training programs in the country to combine a weekend program with an intensive retreat (at the beautiful Lifebridge Sanctuary in the Hudson Valley). We have found this format to be a perfect blend of intensive, hands-on training combined with a chance to “get away from it all” and focus on your training for part of the program.
For 2021, the format includes 5 weekends in the studio and a 4-day weekend retreat.
mang’Oh Teacher Training will change your life…
At mang’Oh, we don’t just teach you how to teach, we also give you a chance to build a toolkit of self-discovery, allowing you to live your life with a spirit of abundance, both physically and spiritually.
